TUITION, REFUND, AND PAYMENT TERMS Tuition for Channeling Coaching programs varies depending on the specific offering and will be listed on the program registration page. Students who choose to pay in full will submit the full tuition amount at the time of registration. Certain programs may include a NON-REFUNDABLE ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT as part of the total tuition. The amount of any required deposit will be specified at the time of registration. Once payment has been received, the student’s place in the program will be reserved. Access to course materials and program instructions will be provided for the upcoming session according to the schedule listed on the program registration page. REFUND POLICY 1. Any required ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT is NON-REFUNDABLE. 2. Any tuition payments made beyond the enrollment deposit are refundable if a student withdraws AT LEAST SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO THE OFFICIAL START DATE OF THE PROGRAM. 3. WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF THE PROGRAM START DATE, ALL TUITION PAYMENTS BECOME NON-REFUNDABLE. 4. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE THE PROGRAM HAS BEGUN. TRANSFER POLICY If a student is unable to attend the scheduled session, TUITION MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO A FUTURE CHANNELING COACHING SESSION if notice is provided prior to the program start date. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TERMS By completing registration and submitting payment, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these TUITION AND REFUND TERMS prior to enrolling in the program.
