RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at info@lauradchannels.com.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated.
Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and are scheduled during the business week.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.
To cancel or reschedule a session, please send an email to info@lauradchannels.com and include your name and scheduled appointment date and time.
REFUNDS
If a refund is due, it will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of the cancellation request and issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Please Note: The timestamp of the email will be used to determine eligibility for a refund.
