Accurate Representation

Affiliates must represent Laura D Channels products and services truthfully and may not make false or misleading claims.  The words "Counselor," "Therapist," and "Consultant" may NOT be used to describe Laura D Channels services.

Use of Affiliate Links

Only the unique tracking links provided through the program may be used to generate commissions.

Promotional Standards

Affiliates may not engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising practices.

Brand Assets

Affiliates may only use approved logos, images, and marketing materials provided by Laura D Channels. Altering brand assets without written consent is prohibited.

Compliance with Laws

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including disclosure requirements (e.g., clearly stating when a commission may be earned).

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links for personal purchases. Promoting Laura D Channels on inappropriate or offensive platforms is expressly forbidden.

Tax Compliance

Affiliates are considered to be self-employed independent contractors. Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on commissions earned through the Laura D Channels Affiliate Program.  Affiliates should consult your tax consultant for laws in your state, region, and country.

 

The Expansion Project LLC dba Laura D Channels will report all earnings made by Affiliates to the IRS.  All U.S. Affiliates will receive an IRS Form 1099-NEC by January 31st of each year from The Expansion Project LLC dba Laura D Channels detailing commissions paid out to an Affiliate. Non-U.S. Affiliates who perform all affiliate services outside the United States will not receive any United States IRS form.

All U.S. Affiliates must provide The Expansion Project LLC dba Laura D Channels with a completed and signed IRS Form W9.

​All non-U.S. Affiliates who perform all affiliate services outside the United States, must provide The Expansion Project LLC dba Laura D Channels with a completed and signed US IRS Form W-8BEN (Certificate of Foreign Status).

 

(If form is incomplete or information is inaccurate, The Expansion Project LLC dba Laura D Channels reserves the right to withhold all commissions until such discrepancies are corrected.)

Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned only on valid, completed sales. Returned or refunded orders are not commission-eligible.

Termination and Program Changes

The Laura D Channels Affiliate Program is an at-will program.  Affiliates and Laura D Channels have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason.  In case of termination by either party, any commissions owed will be paid out on the normal pay out schedule, namely 15 days after the close of the month the commission was earned.  The Expansion Project LLC dba Laura D Channels reserves the right to modify or terminate the program, rules, or commissions at any time.
